新形势下对云南省青少年农村劳动力转移过程工作的几点思考——以昆明艺术职业学院为例

Reflections on the Transfer of Young Laborers in Rural Areas in Yunnan Province under New Circumstances——A Case Study of Kunming Vocational College of Art

农村剩余劳动力转移是关系到"三农"问题有限解决、全面建设小康社会和实现国民经济现代化的关键性问题。文章对云南省农村剩余劳动力转移的特点和现状,以及针对云南省农村剩余劳动力转移过程中存在的问题,结合昆明艺术职业学院实际做法,从拓宽农村劳动力转移渠道与角度提出了相应的政策建议。

The transfer of rural surplus labor is the solution to the problem of 'agriculture, countryside and farmers'. It is a key problem in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the modernization of national economy. This paper analyzes the characteristics and the status quo of the rural surplus labor force transfer in Yunnan Province, and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions in view of the problems in the transfer process of rural surplus labor force in Yunnan Province and the practice of Kunming Vocational College of Arts.
