随着教育改革的逐渐深入,各大学校的财务管理要适应我国教育跨越式步伐,尤其是这几年,学校财务的工作逐步从核算型向管理型、分析型转变。首先要提升自身的财务管理水平,唯此才能面对不断出现新的情况和新的问题。要探索学校管理与服务水平,是理论界与实务界关注的焦点,同时也是本文研究的主要内容之一。
