高校基层党组织在高等学校党组织结构中处于十分重要的位置,为高校基层单位贯彻执行党和国家的路线方针政策及学校的各项决定发挥政治核心和保证监督作用。针对高校基层党政联席会议制度运行中存在的问题,提出建议。
