The professional education of freshmen has always been an important part of school education work in higher vocational tourism major students, timely expansion of system science education activities, to maximize the enhancement of students in professional knowledge and learning interest, establish a more scientific concept for them. The development of professional teaching activities can provide strong guarantee for the improvement of students' learning efficiency. How to better carry out the professional education and teaching of the freshmen in higher vocational colleges has become the focus of the research.
