摘要
为了增强高职院校学生的职业精神,国内高职院校开始在校内实施了"导师制"人才培养方式。通过调查发现,在导师制实施以后,学生的精神面貌以及综合素养得到了显著的提升,学生能够更加积极、主动投入到理论与实践课程的实习之中。但由于导师制的开展时间相对较短,在实际开展过程中难免会遇到一定的问题,特别是在新常态背景中,找到对学生职业精神正确的培养方式,是目前高职院校需要妥善解决的首要问题。
In order to enhance vocational college students' professional spirit, the higher vocational colleges in China began to implement the 'tutorial system' talent training mode. Through the investigation, it is found that after the implementation of the tutorial system, the students' mental outlook and comprehensive quality have been significantly improved, and students can be more active in the practice of theory and practice courses. But because tutor system is carried out in a relatively short time, in the actual development process will inevitably encounter some problems, especially in the new normal background, to find the right way to cultivate students' occupation spirit, is the primary need to properly solve the problem of the current higher vocational colleges.
