高职后勤管理现代学徒制的实践分析

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,尤其是我国政府提出了高职院校后勤社会化改革的号召后,如何创新后勤管理,成了高职院校必须面对的重要课题。本文认为,在高职后勤管理中引入现代学徒制,可以提升管理效果。这是响应国家号召的必然举措。

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, especially after the Chinese government put forward the logistics socialization reform in Higher Vocational Colleges, how to innovate the logistics management has become an important subject in higher vocational colleges. This paper argues that the introduction of modern apprenticeship in logistics management in higher vocational colleges can improve the management effect. This is an inevitable response to the call of the country.
