卓越法律人才培养的教学实践之管见

The teaching practice of cultivating excellent legal talents

2011年中共中央政法委员会、中华人民共和国教育部联合实施的"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"和党的十八届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(后文简称《决定》)均提出了"创新法治人才培养机制",要求对我国现有的法律人才培养模式进行进一步改进和完善,以满足建设社会主义法治国家对法律人才的数量需求及质量需求。以上述文件为指导,本文以我国当前地方院校应用型法律人才培养模式为出发点,分析利弊,在此基础上结合其他国家一些有益经验和笔者长期从事法学教学的实践经验,着重以教学方法的改进为视角,讨论提高法律人才培养效率的可行方法。

In 2011, the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of education in People's Republic of China joint implement the 'excellent legal talent training plan', and the party's the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee passed the 'CPC Central Committee on managing state affairs according to law a number of major issues'(hereinafter referred to as the 'decision') have put forward the 'innovation talents training mechanism', requires further improve and perfect our existing legal talent training mode, to meet the demand of quantity and number of legal personnel in building a socialist country. In the above documents as the guide, based on China's current applied legal talents training mode of local colleges and universities as a starting point, analysis of advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of other countries some useful experience and the author has long been engaged in the teaching practice, to focus on improving teaching methods from the perspective of the discussion of possible ways to improve the culture efficiency of legal talents.
