在干部教育培训方式改革和创新的大背景下,现场教学因其独特的教学特点,党性教育效果最好,受外因影响也最大。所以,现场教学的"熔炉"任务更重,"打铁"难度更高。笔者从党校教师在现场教学中的重要作用和当前教师在现场教学方面存在的问题入手,认为党校教师要成为现场教学方面合格的"熔炉工"和"打铁人"必须做到坚持党性、强化匠心和尊重规律。
