摘要
从教十多年,我一直都在研究如何才能做一名深受学生喜爱的老师,受学生喜爱的老师身上应该具备哪些特质。在我们的身边,有许多爱岗敬业而又乐于奉献的教师,他们内心充满了对学生的喜爱和对教育事业的追求。但遗憾的是,在他们之中却有那么一小部分老师没有赢得学生的喜爱,他们付出的爱没有得到孩子们的认可。于是,他们迷茫,感到失望甚至产生抱怨心理,教师的高原期和职业倦怠感也可能随之而来。
From more than and 10 years of teaching, I have been studying how to be a favorite teacher by the students, what characteristics those teachers should have. There are a lot of such dedicated teachers, their heart is full of love and the pursuit of the students' education. But unfortunately, among them there are a small number of teachers did not win the love of students, their love has not been recognized by the children. As a result, they are confused, feel disappointed and even complain, job burnout may also follow.
