摘要
大学生参与高校的管理活动不仅能锻炼和提升自身素质,更能为高校的管理注入活力,有利于高校的管理创新和全面发展。我国目前的高校学生参与式管理还存在着学校民主管理理念薄弱、学生参与程度不高、缺乏制度保障等问题。因此,各高校要推进学生参与式管理的建设,建设学生参与式管理的新局面。
College students participate in university management activities not only to exercise and improve their own quality, but also for the management of colleges and universities into vitality, conducive to the management of university innovation and all-round development. Therefore, colleges and universities need to promote student participation in the construction of management, build the new situation of student participatory management.
