摘要
运动损伤不仅会对训练者身体造成直接损伤,还会给他们留下一定的心理创伤。因此,在业余运动训练中应该充分重视运动损伤,尽可能的避免损伤的发生,并且还要第一时间治疗损伤。本文也是从这个点出发,全面分析了业余运动训练的过程中,运动损伤的成因以及相应的控制措施,最后提及了损伤的治疗方法。
Sports injury will not only cause direct damage to the body, but also leave some psychological trauma. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the sports injury in the spare time sports training, avoid the occurrence of the injury as far as possible, and alsoto treat the injury at the first time. In this paper, from this point of view, a comprehensive analysis of the amateur sports training process, the causes of sports injuries and the corresponding control measures, and finally referred to the treatment of injury.
