卫生支农工作研究述略

The research on rural health support work

建国前后农村落后的医疗卫生状况、城乡比例失衡的资源配置、不对等的医疗保健制度以及国家领导人对农村卫生事业的重视,推动了卫生支农工作的开展。它的贯彻、执行使得广大农民的病痛得到救治,医疗设施逐渐完备、卫生人员的业务水平、服务态度、人员数量得到提高、扩充,城乡之间的差别得以缩小。本文拟对卫生支农工作的兴起、开展、成效进行探析,通过对这一历史的回顾,更好地审视当下卫生支农工作及"卫生、文化、科技"三下乡活动的开展。

Around 1949, The backward medical and health conditions in rural areas, the unbalanced allocation of resources between urban and rural areas, the unequal health care system, as well as the national leaders attach importance to rural health services, promote the development of the work of rural health support work. This policy makes the majority of farmers suffering from illness get treatment, medical facilities gradually complete, the level of health professionals, service attitude, the number of personnel, the above differences between urban and rural areas be reduced. This paper analyzes the rise, development and effectiveness of the rural health support work, through the review of this history, take a better look at the current rural health support work, and 'health, culture, science and technology' three rural activities.
