摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和中国加入WTO、深化改革开放,采用员工薪酬管理机制提高企业核心竞争力已经成为我国中小型企业不可避免的选择。目前,我国中小企业激励机制存在着非常多的问题。为此,中小企业必须更新管理观念,建立健全绩效考核机制,根据经营环境做出相应变化。
With the development of economic globalization and accession to the WTO Chinese, deepening reform and opening up, the salary management mechanism to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the inevitable choice of small and medium sized enterprises in China. At present, the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country exist a lot of problems. Therefore, the enterprises must renew the management concept, establish a sound performance appraisal the mechanism, according to the operating environment and make corresponding changes.
