摘要
网络学习共同体是以学习作为其组织存在的意义的网络型学习组织,从组织生态角度出发进行分析,可将组织生态化网络学习共同体作为一个整体划分为协同机制、共享机制、竞争机制和循环机制,各个子机制之间相互联系和影响,共同促进了其所属共同体的运行和发展。通过对其研究,网络学习共同体能够清楚将加强点放在哪个子机制上,以便其能运行稳定,促进网络学习共同体各要素的发展。
The network learning community is the network to learn the meaning of existence as its organizational learning organization, from the perspective of organizational ecology were analyzed, the organization of ecological network learning community as a whole divided sharing mechanism, competition mechanism and circulation mechanism for coordination mechanism, the sub mechanism of mutual connection and influence, common promote the operation and development of the community. Through its research, the network learning community can clearly strengthen the points on which the sub mechanism, so that it can run stably, and promote the development of the elements of the network learning community.
