中国作为一个多民族的国家,为了维护国家的稳定和主权的统一,我国确定了民族区域自治制度这一基本国策。民族自治地方的立法权正是为了保障少数民族的自治权,响应基本国策而规定的。作为我国法律体系中重要的一部分,民族自治地方立法对于各民族的社会、经济以及文化发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文将研究民族自治地方立法权的重要意义,分析其现状,然后指出我国民族自治地方立法权在实现过程中存在的问题,并提出改善方案。

China as a multi-ethnic state, in order to safeguard the unity of the country's stability and sovereignty, determines the regional national autonomy system in our country the basic national policy. The legislative power of ethnic autonomous areas is to protect minority autonomy, in response to the basic state policy. As an important part of the legal system in our country, legislation of national autonomous areas for ethnic social, economic and cultural development has very important significance. This article will study the significance of the legislative power of the national autonomous areas, analyzes its present situation, and then points out that the legislative power of the national autonomous areas in our country on the problems existing in the implementation process, and put forward improving scheme.
