基于Hofstede理论的内蒙古青年价值观测度与影响分析

Analysis on the value and influence of youth values in Inner Mongolia based on Hofstede theory

价值观代表一个人对诸如自由、幸福、自尊、诚实、服从、平等等周围事物的是非、善恶和重要性的评价,有轻重主次之分。这种主次的排列,构成了个人的价值体系,价值观和价值体系是决定人们期望、态度和行为的心理基础。本文根据Geert Hofstede的文化维度理论模型,设计了《内蒙古青年价值观调查问卷》,选取自治区范围内18-35岁之间各行业城乡青年做抽样调查,结合定性和定量的方法,对内蒙古青年价值观基本特点和现状影响因素进行了分析。

Values represent a person's evaluation of the right and wrong, good and evil, and the importance of things such as freedom, happiness, self-esteem, honesty, obedience, equality and so on. This arrangement constitutes a personal value system, values and value system determines the psychological basis of people's expectations, attitudes and behavior. According to the theory model of cultural dimensions of Geert Hofstede, designed the 'Inner Mongolia Youth Values Questionnaire', select the autonomous region within the scope of the urban and rural youth between the ages of 18-35 in all industries to do a sample survey, combine with qualitative and quantitative methods, the Inner Mongolia youth value factors basic characteristics and the status quo are analyzed.
