随着现阶段教育制度不断的推进与改革,在高职院校中也逐渐受到了深入与影响,然而在早期,大部分的高职院校还在按照传统高校招生机制来进行招生活动,这种现象渐渐开始制约高职院校的发展。因此国家不断出台与高职院校开始招生录取机制相关的政策方针,尤其是"招生招工一体化"的招生模式在不断地影响着高职教育领域的发展和变革。本篇课题将研究领域放在"招生招工一体化"形势下的改革,重点分析高职院校教育体制的革新与推进。

With the constantly development and reform of current education system, higher vocational colleges has been deeply influenced, however in the early days, most of the higher vocational colleges still use the traditional college enrollment mechanism to carry out recruitment activities, this phenomenon gradually began to restrict the development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the state has introduced policies and policies related to the enrollment mechanism of higher vocational colleges, especially the integration of recruitment and enrollment, which has been affecting the development and reform of higher vocational education. This paper will focus on the reform of the recruitment and enrollment integration, focusing on the reform and development of higher vocational education system.
