基于宏观教育理念下优化高职教育教学管理措施研究

教育是立国之本,民族兴旺之标记,因此教育行业在我国关注度居高不下。近年来高职院校也得到了较快发展,备受社会各界广泛关注。本文探究了近年来在宏观教育大环境下高职教育教学管理存在的一些不足,提出了一些优化管理教学的方法,从而不断提高高职教育教学管理工作质量,促进高职院校良好发展。

Education is the foundation of the nation, the symbol of national prosperity, so the attention of the education industry in china still increases. In recent years, higher vocational colleges have been developed rapidly, which has attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. This paper explores some problems in recent years in the teaching management of higher vocational education under the macro environment, puts forward some methods to optimize the management of teaching, so as to continuously improve the quality of vocational education and teaching management, and promote the healthy development of higher vocational colleges.
