近年来,苏州市娄葑镇对拆迁安置做出了许多探索,但依然存在如决策不透明、补偿标准不明确、补偿不到位、民众不满意等问题,这些问题的存在是与决策方式、匹配机制、司法救济等因素紧密相联的。因此,需要从补偿机制、公共监督、立法等方面来改善拆迁安置工作,以提升被拆迁居民的幸福感,使他们更好地融入城市生活。

In recent years, Suzhou city has made many explorations of Loufeng town resettlement, but there are still some problems such as decision making compensation standard is not clear, compensation is not in place, people are not satisfied, these problems are closely related to the decision-making, matching mechanism, judicial relief and other factors. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the resettlement work from the aspects of compensation mechanism, public supervision, legislation, etc, so as to enhance the residents' happiness and make them better integrate into the city life.
