高等教育分流影响新疆维吾尔族社会分层流动的现状

The influence of higher education shunt on the social stratification of Xinjiang Uygur

从高等教育分流中的流源、流域、流向为分析维度,对新疆维吾尔族社会分层流动的现状进行较为深入的调研,发现高等教育在新疆维吾尔族社会成员合理分层流动中既起到了积极促进的作用,又存在流源上,低家庭收入社会成员获得向上流动机会少;流域上,疆内外的毕业生在社会权利分层中有差异但区分度不明显,省会城市毕业生出现回流现象;流向上,专业不对口,人才浪费。

From the current source, basin, to higher education in the dimensions of analysis, research deeply the status quo of Xinjiang Uygur social stratification and mobility, found that higher education in Xinjiang Uygur society members in stratified flows not only played a positive role, and the existence of current source, low income family members of society get the chance of upward mobility; basin, Xinjiang and graduates in the social stratification of different rights but the discrimination is not obvious, graduates of the capital city appeared the phenomenon; flows, professional talent waste.
