我国公办与民办高校贷款中的公平性缺失问题研究

基于历史与现实两个维度的分析,发现公办高校与民办高校的贷款长期处于失衡的状态。民办高校在发展过程中的很多方面与公办高校相比,存在公平性缺失的问题。基于公平性缺失的现状及成因的角度,来发现和弥补公办高校与民办高校贷款方面公平性确实的问题,对我国高等教育体系的完善与和谐发展,具有重大的现实意义。

Based on the analysis of the two dimensions of history and reality, it is found that the loans of public universities and private colleges are in a state of imbalance for a long time. There are many problems in the development of private colleges and universities, there is a lack of fairness. From the view of the present situation and causes of the lack of fairness, to discover and make up the problem of public and private universities is the fairness of the loan, to improve China's higher education system and harmonious development, is of great practical significance.
