高职院校职业生涯规划教育的问题及策略研究——以上海地区为例

Problems and strategies of career planning education in higher vocational colleges——Take Shanghai region as an example

本文以上海八所高职院校为例,运用文献分析、调查研究以及访谈等方法,从学生职业规划意识淡薄、职业定位模糊、自我认知不足导致的对未来迷茫,高校师资队伍建设不足、课程设置欠缺实践性等问题出发,对上海地区高职院校职业生涯规划教育展开调查分析,并从课程建设、教学团队以及社会联动方面提出改进对策,以期待能够为上海高职院校的职业生涯规划课程改革提供一些有益的参考。

In this paper, eight vocational schools in Shanghai as an example, using the methods of literature analysis, investigation and interview, the future confusion resulting from the students' occupation planning consciousness, occupation, self positioning fuzzy, cognitive deficiencies, lack of curriculum construction of college teachers, lack of practical, analyzes the occupation career planning education in Shanghai higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some improvement countermeasures from course construction, teaching team and social interaction, to reform the occupation career planning curriculum for higher vocational colleges in Shanghai expect to provide some useful reference.
