Study on the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence of business English majors in higher vocational colleges

高职商务英语专业的学生跨文化商务交际能力的培养已经刻不容缓,但教育现状却不容乐观,原因主要是学生基础弱,教师商务能力不强,课程设置不合理,教材不对口,师生实践机会少等。基于以上原因提出的应对策略是:增加跨文化课程比例,建设跨文化实训基地,推进教材建设,强化师资培训,充分利用课外资源等。

The cultivation of intercultural business communication competence of business English majors in vocational education is urgent, but the present situation is not optimistic, the main reason is the weak foundation of students, and low business ability of teachers, unreasonable curriculum, less practice opportunities for teachers and students. Based on the above reasons, the coping strategies are as follows: increasing the proportion of crosscultural courses, building cross-cultural training bases, promoting the construction of teaching materials, strengthening teacher training, and making full use of extra-curricular resources.
