高职道路桥梁工程技术专业学生综合素质教育现状及对策

Current situation and countermeasures of comprehensive quality education for road and bridge engineering technical students in higher vocational colleges

目前,道路建设事业发展迅速,对道路桥梁工程技术专业人才需求越来越大,因而,高职院校对道路桥梁专业人才的培养力度也越来越大,更加重视道路桥梁专业人才的培养,并不断进行教学创新与改革,提升道路桥梁工程技术专业学生的综合素质,使学生能够符合岗位需求,实现自己的价值,提高人才培养质量。因此,本文研究的主要目的就是分析高职道路桥梁工程技术专业学生综合素质教育现状,了解其中存在的问题,提出有效的改进措施,达到培养高素质人才的目的。

At present, the rapid development of road construction puts forward greater demand for road and bridge engineering technology talent, so higher vocational colleges pays more attention to the training of road and bridge engineering talents, and to carry on the teaching reform and innovation, improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in road engineering technology, so that students can meet the job requirements, realize their value, improve the quality of personnel training. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of higher vocational education of comprehensive quality of road bridge engineering technology professional students, understand the existing problems, puts forward effective measures to achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality talents.
