高等职业教育的内在发展要求其必须适应区域社会经济发展需求,即职业院校专业设置要与一定时期的区域经济产业结构相匹配。要形成职业院校专业设置和区域产业结构动态调整的机制,必须考虑到政府、企业、高校和专业四个方面的"合力"。

The inherent development of higher vocational education requires that it must meet the needs of regional social and economic development, that is to say, the professional setting of vocational colleges should match the regional economic and industrial structure in a given period. In order to form a mechanism for setting up professional institutions and dynamic adjustment of regional industrial structure, we must take into consideration the four forces of government, enterprises, colleges and universities.
