我国传统文化中的慈善思想渊源主要来自先秦诸子百家文化以及儒道释三家的文化传统。我国慈善大家熊希龄有言:"孔教言仁,又曰博施济众"。孔子的慈善思想同样是以"仁"为其思想核心。孔子的慈善思想理念主要从执政者和个人的两个角度出发,其主要内容通过"爱人"、"惠民"、"均贫富"的主张以及义利观和大同思想进行体现。孔子的慈善思想理念对于历史上我国慈善事业的发展有深远的影响,对于我国当代慈善思想的塑造以及慈善事业的发展仍有裨益。
