国外学界关于第二次联合国海洋法会议的研究综述

A Summary of Studies on the Second United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea in Foreign Countries

近年来,由于档案资料的逐渐解密和各国对于海洋的重要性的认识不断加深,学界对于第三次联合国海洋法会议的研究,已获得丰富的成果,对于第一次联合国海洋法会议的研究也在增多,但对于第二次联合国海洋法会议仍需要深入挖掘、进行更为深入、全面的分析。所以本文主要是梳理国外学界关于第二次联合国海洋法会议的部分期刊论文和著作。

In recent years, due to the gradual decryption of archival data and the increasing awareness of the importance of countries for the oceans, the study of the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea has yielded fruitful results and the study of the first United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea But for the second United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea, there is still a need for further in-depth and comprehensive analysis. Therefore, this article is mainly combing foreign scholars on the Second United Nations Conference on the Law of the sea part of the journal papers and writings.
