摘要
目前,我国警察枪支使用的法律责任问题来看,其还存在较多的不足之处,需要进行进一步的法律制度完善。本文就当前警察枪支使用法律制度中存在的不足以及完善策略进行简要的探讨。
As far as the legal responsibility of police gun use in our country is concerned, there are still many deficiencies, and further legal system needs to be improved. This paper discusses the shortcomings of the current police gun use law system, as well as the improvement strategy.
