思想政治教育是大学阶段的重要教育内容之一,开展思想政治教育的目的是对学生的思想观念进行正确引导,使其形成正确的价值观、社会观,从而更好的融入社会,成为一名对社会有用的人才。辅导员作为落实大学思想政治工作的主体,必须对其工作理念和工作方式作出改进,才能更好的应对新时期下大学思想政治教育面临的新挑战。本文将对新时期辅导员思想政治工作进行研究,在分析思想政治工作开展现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨新时期辅导员思想政治工作改革创新的有效对策。

The ideological and political education is one of the important contents of university education stage, the goal of ideological and political education is to correctly guide students' concept, to form the correct values, social values, in order to better integrate into society and become a socially useful talents. As the main body of implementing the ideological and political work, counselors must improve their working concepts and working methods so as to better cope with the new challenges faced by the ideological and political education in the new era. This paper will study the new period counselors ideological and political work, based on and analysis of the existing problems of ideological and political work and the current situation, to explore the effective countermeasures in the new period of reform and innovation of the ideological and political work of counselors.
