The disgorgement of corporation system constraints for the company's internal management staff by legal, preventing the relevant personnel to use their position to seek private interests. It counterpoises the interests of the company and managers, to ensure that the company directors, supervisors and senior managers of faithfully perform their duties, and playing an important role in the interest of the company.
