摘要
广东虽是经济发达地区,但增城地区尤其是偏远乡村教育质量仍有待提升。基于访谈、实地考察、问卷等方式对增城地区乡村学前教育的调研,本文分析了当前增城地区乡村学前教育的现状及存在的主要问题,并从"当地政府-教育部门-办学机构-教师-家长"五个维度有针对性地提出有效解决方案,形成有利于增城地区乡村学前教育发展的长效发展机制。
Guangdong is a economically developed area, but the quality of education in Zengcheng, especially in remote villages, still needs to be improved. Based on the Interview, Field trips and Questionnaire of rural pre-school education in Zengcheng, this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of rural pre-school education in Zengcheng area. The paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems and proposes effective solutions from the five dimensions that including 'local government-education department-running school-teachers-parents',which to form a longterm development mechanism conducive to the development of rural pre-school education in Zengcheng.
