摘要
本文通过4P营销理论对校企协作框架下促进大学生就业问题进行分析,以期获得提高具备"商品属性"的高校毕业生在人才市场中脱颖而出的有效对策。
Based on the school enterprise cooperation to promote college students' employment problem under the framework of 4P marketing theory analysis, in order to obtain the effective countermeasures for college graduates with the 'commodity attribute' of talent shows themselves in the marketplace.
