高校辅导员队伍素质的提高包括辅导员科研能力的提高,而科研能力中科研论文的规范撰写是必不可缺的。目前很多辅导员的论文存在着写作不规范、题目空洞泛泛、研究浅尝辄止等问题。本文通过搜集跟辅导员工作相关的不同类型的科研论文案例,介绍科研论文的一些基本问题,为辅导员提供一种规范的科研思路,以及一份写作时可以借鉴参考的资料。

To improve the quality of the college counselors includes the improvement of scientific research ability, and the ability of scientific research, scientific research papers writing is essential. At present, many counselors papers have some problems, writing is not standardized, subject research is empty and general. By collecting related different types of counselors' work research paper, introduces some basic research problems, to provide a standard of scientific ideas for counselors, and reference data for writing.
