辅导员的角色定位是努力成为大学生的人生导师和成长的知心朋友。大学生经常性的思想政治教育工作的主体是辅导员。而要想成为一名合格甚至优秀的辅导员,必须了解辅导员为什么而来;辅导员是谁;辅导员该如何存在这三个基本问题,只有从根本上体悟和解答了,才能真正了解辅导员工作的核心,从而得出辅导员工作的三部曲,奏响和谐优美的旋律。

The role of counselors is to become a life mentor and an intimate friend for college students. The main subject of college students' ideological and political education is counselors. To be a qualified and excellent counselor, they must understand why they come to work; who is the counselor; how can they work, the three basic problems, only understanding fundamentally and answering the problems, can they truly understand the core of counselor work, so can they get the trilogy of counselor work, play a harmonious melody.
