当前高校学生管理工作的挑战与对策探析

近几年来,随着教育体制改革的不断深入,学生管理工作在高等院校发展中的地位逐渐提升,对于高等院校经济建设和教育成果的有序发展有着重要的作用。目前,我国针对高等院校学生管理工作模式的研究还比较浅显,并没有解决在管理过程中出现的实际问题,对于问题的观察与剖析都不够具体,没有形成一套科学的、系统的分析体制,在实际管理的过程中还面临着很大的挑战。本文将针对当前高校学生管理工作中面临的挑战进行分析,并且制定相应的应对措施。

In recent years, along with the deepening of educational reform, gradually improve the status of student management in higher education development, plays an important role in the orderly development of higher education and educational achievement in economic construction.
