Discussion on the training mode of practical preschool education

本文简要分析了学前教育改革的实施背景,指出在当前形式背景下,职业教育应以学生就业为导向,以职业能为目标培养实用型学前教育人才,并进一步探讨了具体的实施措施,以期能够为我国学前教育事业创新人才培养模式提供一些建议。

This paper briefly analyzes the background of the reform of preschool education, points out that under the current background, vocational education should take the students employment as the guidance, and training practical talents from preschool education, then further discusses the specific implementation measures, in order to be able to provide some suggestions to pre-school education training mode in our country enterprise innovation.
