东北地区高端人才吸引回流对策研究

Study on the countermeasures of attracting talents backwash in Northeast China

随着我国整体经济不断的发展进步,也在很大程度上提高人们生活的质量水平,而从目前,我国东北地区的人才流失现状来看,人才在不断的被流失当中,人们也逐渐的加强对于吸引高端人才回流创业的重视度,并且也作为了东北老工业基地新一轮振兴的可靠理论支持,经过大量的相关研究资料当中,可以明确的看出了,在我国东北地区的创业活动上,同比于其他地区创业活动的活跃性上更低一些,虽然,在东北三省当地的政府,也在不断的出台相关的吸引人才创业的有效扶持政策,但是,东北地区还是在吸引高端人才回流创业方面,存在着不同程度上的问题,本文主要立足于东北地区高端人才吸引回流对策,展开了分析,期望能为今后在对于此问题上,提供一些建议。

The development of the economy improves the quality of people's living standards to a large extent, from the current situation, the loss of Northeast China's talent, people also gradually strengthened to attract talent back, as a reliable theoretical support to revitalize the northeast old industrial base, after a lot of research, we found that Northeast China's entrepreneurial activity is lower than other areas, though, in the northeast, the local government has put forward effective support policy to attract talented people to start their own businesses, but there are different degrees of problems, this paper mainly analyzes the countermeasures of attracting talents in the northeast of China, and hopes to provide some suggestions for the future.
