摘要
工作压力必然会对成人学习倦怠产生影响。如果能将工作压力控制在促发学习倦怠心理的范围内,就能帮助成人个体将适度的工作压力转化为学习动力,进而克服学习倦怠心理。所以,工作压力与成人学习存在互为制约、互相促进的因果关系。而社会支持正是调节二者关系,缓解工作压力,减轻或消除学习倦怠的有效措施。
Job stress is bound to affect adult learning burnout. If the job stress can be controlled within the range of stimulating learning burnout psychology, it can help adults to change the appropriate work pressure into learning motivation, and then overcome the learning burnout psychology. Therefore, the relationship between job stress and adult learning is mutual restriction and mutual promotion. And social support is the effective measure to adjust the relationship between the two, ease the work stress, reduce or eliminate learning burnout.
