摘要
高职院校教学管理质量评价体系是内部质量保证体系重要组成部分,是提升教育教学质量的有效抓手。如何深刻认识高职教育质量内涵,树立正确质量观,建立科学的教育质量评价标准及体系,着力于提升学校的内涵发展和质量,是当前高职院校改革发展所面临的重要问题。本文以广州城建职业学院为例,通过对教学质量评价标准及体系分析研究,就高职教育质量内涵认识、建立评价体系基本要求及内容、提升途径进行了试图探索,以期建设与高职院校自身发展相符的教学管理质量评价体系。
As an important part of higher education internal quality assurance system, the evaluation system for teaching management quality of vocational colleges plays an effective role in promoting teaching quality. At present, the reform and development of vocational education are facing the following significant questions: how to deeply learn the connotation of the quality of higher vocational education, build a proper view of quality, establish a scientific teaching quality evaluation system and criteria, and focus on improving the connotation development and the quality of vocational schools. Take the case of Guangzhou City Construction College, this paper attempts to explore the connotation of the quality of vocational education, the basic contents and requirements of building the evaluation system by studying and analyzing the teaching quality evaluation system and criteria, hoping to establish a suitable teaching management quality evaluation system that meets the own development of vocational colleges.
