我国高职实施“双证书”制度存在的问题与对策研究

The problems and countermeasures of the implementation of "double certificate" system in higher vocational education in China

"双证书"制度体现了高职教育最主要的办学特色,即职业性。大力实施"双证书"制度,可有力促进职业资格证书与高职教育实现有效衔接,推进高职院校人才培养模式的创新,增强学生就业竞争力。本研究通过采用调查问卷办法对我国部分高职院校实施"双证书"制度的情况进行了调查,分析了当前实施"双证书"制度过程中存在的主要问题,提出了对我国高职院校实施"双证书"制度的对策建议,为我国高职院校"双证书"制度改革提供参考。

The 'double certificate' system embodies the most important characteristics of higher vocational education, that is, professionalism. Vigorously implementing the 'double certificate' system can effectively promote the effective implementation of vocational qualification certificates and higher vocational education, promote the innovation of talents training mode in higher vocational colleges, and enhance the employment competitiveness of students. This study adopts the questionnaire to study the implementation of the 'double certificate' system in higher vocational colleges in China, analyzes the current implementation of the main problems of the double certificate system, and puts forward some countermeasures, suggestions for the reform of higher vocational colleges 'double certificates' system in China.
