摘要 民办高职院校辅导员在学校学生工作的开展过程中的地位、角色很重要,但他们工作时间长、压力大、进修学习的机会少、报酬与付出不对等,容易影响他们的职业幸福感。本文以民办高职院校辅导员的职业幸福感为核心,深入研究分析影响民办高职院校辅导员职业幸福感的因素,并提出切实可行的措施,以在学校和辅导员自身两个层面提高民办高职院校辅导员的工作效率、育人质量和职业幸福感。 The development process of private higher vocational colleges counselors work is very important, but they work long time, with big pressure, less training opportunities and less pay remuneration, these are easily affect their occupation happiness. In this paper, the private vocational colleges counselors occupation happiness as the core, in-depth research and analysis of influencing factors of private higher vocational colleges counselors occupation happiness, and puts forward the feasible measures in school and counselors in two aspects to improve the private higher vocational colleges work efficiency and the quality of education and occupation happiness.
