基于“中国智造”的高职生“工匠精神”素质培养研究

近几年来,随着国家对制造业技术投入的不断增加,"中国智造"成为当前制造业热点。从中国制造到中国智造的转变需要有"工匠精神",这就要求担负职前教育重任的高职院校在学生教育工作中,必须注重培养学生的"工匠精神"。本文结合高职教学实践,对培养高职生的"工匠精神"核心素质进行研究。

In recent years, as the country's investment in manufacturing technology continues to increase, 'Chinese intellectual creation' has become a hot spot in the manufacturing industry. The transformation from 'made in China' to 'Chinese intellectual creation' requires 'artisan spirit', which requires higher vocational colleges to shoulder the important task of pre service education. In the student education work, we must pay attention to train students' artisan spirit. Based on the practice of higher vocational education, this paper studies the core quality of 'artisan spirit' of higher vocational college students.
