Overview of Literature on organizational identification of the Young Pioneers

相对于国外的研究,国内组织认同研究起步较晚,且其研究对象多集中在企业职工、公务员、中小学教师上,对于具有中国特色的少年儿童群众性组织——少先队,关注的较少。少先队组织是少年儿童的正式群众组织之一,是对少年儿童进行思想意识教育的重要阵地,是培养和造就国家栋梁的摇篮,因此对少先队组织认同的研究十分必要。

Compared with the foreign research, the study of domestic organizational identification is late, and its research object is concentrated in the enterprise workers, civil servants, primary and middle school teachers. It is less concerned about the Young Pioneers: the specific Chinese organizations of young people. The Young Pioneers is crucial to the ideological education of children and adolescents in China. It is the cradle of the pillars and the successors of our nation. Therefore, it is necessary to study organizational identification of the Young Pioneers.
