我国实施人才强国战略的指导思想和组织保障

摘要 在如今和未来国际竞争变的越来越激烈中,不管是哪方面的竞争归根结底都是人才的竞争,我国人才强国战略正是为了应对这种竞争所提出的。人才强国战略的实施不仅能提高我国的综合国力和国际竞争力,还能进一步提高党的执政能力和全面建成小康社会、实现东方巨龙的再一次腾飞具有重大意义。本文通过对我国人才强国战略的指导思想、组织保障以及取得的一些成就和实施的人才强国的重大意义进行叙述,为进一步深入理解实施人才强国战略提供有力帮助。 In today's and future international competition becomes more and more intense, no matter what aspects of competition in the final analysis are the talent competition, China's talent strategy is to cope with this competition proposed. The implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country's talent can not only improve our comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness, but also further improve the party's ability to govern and promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Once again take off a significant practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. This paper describes the great significance of the guiding ideology, organizational security and achievements of the talented countries and the achievements of the talented people in China, and provides a powerful help for further understanding and implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.
