新时代下,随着我国社会的不断发展,人才素养的培养要求也相应提高,因此,新时代下研究生的综合素养教育就显得尤为重要。本文从党建工作入手,将党建工作理念引入到研究生综合素养的培养中来,试图寻找新时代下提升高校研究生综合素养的有效途径与方法,从而对新时代研究生综合素养提升的党建工作的普及和有效开展,作了一些思考和探索。
