近年来,依托高等职业院校联合开展定向培养直招士官工作已然成为国防信息化人才储备的一个有益尝试。如何开展定向培养直招士官思想政治教育工作,是值得广大教育者普遍关注的问题。本文运用"以生为本"的服务理念,结合士官生人才培养工作实践,探索直招士官思想政治教育工作的路径和教育成效。

In recent years, relying on higher vocational colleges to carry out directional training, straight recruit sergeant work has become a useful attempt for national defense information talent reserve. How to develop the ideological and political education of straight recruit sergeant is worthy of widespread concern of educators. This paper uses the 'student oriented' service concept, combines with the training practice, explores the ideological and political education of straight recruit sergeant path and educational results.
