摘要
当今社会,医疗关乎国计民生,然而随着社会进步,医患纠纷越演越烈。研究医疗纠纷案例,可探究其反映的问题,从而为解决医疗纠纷提供思路。本文对"闫某医疗纠纷案"介绍,引出了其反映的法律问题,并对这些法律问题浅要剖析,以其为解决我国医疗纠纷案有所裨益。
In today's society, medical about national economy and people's livelihood, along with the social progress, however, escalating doctorpatient dispute. Medical dispute cases, to explore its reflect problems, thus providing ideas for solving medical disputes. In this paper, the 'yan medical dispute', raises the reflects the legal issues, and shallow to analyze the problems of these laws, with their help to solve the medical dispute.
