摘要
司法改革背景下,作为中国司法本土化代表性制度成果的审委会因其诸多弊端而受到存废与否的争论。笔者在此基础上论诉了对此问题的思考。
As the result of China judicial localization, the judicial committee system confronts with disputes whether to remain or not because of its disadvantages. The author makes some discussion on this question.
