浅议我国公司非破产清算中债权人利益的保护

The protection of creditors' interests in non bankruptcy liquidation of Chinese companies

公司清算是公司退出市场的重要环节,是债权人在公司退出市场时保护自身利益的有效途径,完善的清算制度是债权人获得最大救济的保证。本文笔者针对我国公司非破产清算中存在的一些问题提出几点完善建议。

Company liquidation is an important part for company to exit markets, also is an effective way to protect creditors' interests. A complete clearing system is a guarantee for creditors to obtain maximum relief. In this paper, the author aims at some problems existing in Corporation Liquidation in our country, and puts forward some suggestions.
