摘要
管理育人是教育管理的宗旨,应作为教育管理者的长远追求目标,成为教育管理者职业幸福感的依托所在。本文尝试在明确不忘初心,努力践行管理育人的宗旨这一出发点的前提下,通过"知己知彼",充分发挥主观能动性提升其职业幸福感的重要路径,实现师生共赢,促进师管理育人的有效统一这一重要目标,探索提升高等教育管理者职业幸福感的路径。
Management education is the purpose of education management. It should be the long-term goal of educational administrators, and become the support of education managers' professional well-being. This paper tries to clearly remember the beginning of the heart, and strive to practice the premise of management education the purpose of the starting point, give full play to the important path of subjective initiative to enhance its occupation of happiness, and achieve win-win situation, to promote the important goal of effective unified division management education, enhance the exploration of higher education management occupation happiness path.
